Hello, I’m Bernadine Telford, and I’m honored to work with you! When it comes to buying a home, it’s one of the most significant decisions you will ever make. Born in Washington, DC, I grew up in the suburbs of Prince George’s County, Maryland. My career in real estate began in property management in 2002, and I became a licensed Realtor in 2006. I moved to Palm Beach County in South Florida in 2008 and loved living 10 minutes from the beach. Founded in 2011, my real estate company was based in South Florida for more than a decade before relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2019. Throughout my career, I have worked with buyers and sellers, both residential and commercial, and markets in three different states and price ranges. My son is a current Duke University student, and I am immensely proud of him. Basketball is something else I’m passionate about, both collegiately and professionally. In my spare time, I enjoy perusing interior design magazines while listening to smooth jazz. I am excited to utilize the tools and experience I’ve gained to help you!
